Phase 1 involved construction of a 33,365 SF, two-story block and plank addition for classrooms, kindergarten and a new full-service kitchen. Phase 2 scope of work involved renovations to the existing 45,000 SF school.
The Phase 2 work included all new exterior windows, renovations to the cafeteria, classrooms, and common areas; upgrades to the HVAC system and sitework improvements, as well as new parking areas, play areas, landscaping, lighting, and new perimeter ornamental fencing. The school was occupied during construction.
