BBC Worldwide Americas relocated its New York office from 747 Third Ave to the 5th floor at 1120 Avenue of the Americas, a 46,976-SF space.  BBC’s program required a seating capacity of 234 staff.  The general space plan required the flexibility to include the proposed three staff growth to accommodate a potential addition of 25-30 seats for a total of 260 seats in the same space.
