Hunter Roberts Construction Group performed construction management services to Temple University for the new 16,000 SF Presser Hall addition to the Boyer College of Music and Dance.  On the east side of Presser Hall a grand light-filled atrium is the new entrance for both the Boyer College and the new Tyler School of Art, in which Hunter Roberts was also the Construction Manager.  This large common area, with a café and plenty of seating, serves as a gathering place for arts faculty and students.

The 3-story addition includes large classrooms, private teaching studios, administrative offices and conference space, as well as 27, state-of-the-art, sound-isolated practice rooms – two containing a dedicated recording studio and control room. Each practice room has individualized acoustic controls and a new piano.
