Hunter Roberts provided pre-construction and general contracting services to finish upgrades, refresh, and various fit-outs for Bank of America’s consolidation of floors 35, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, and 42 at 250 Liberty Street (formerly called 2 World Financial Center). The 210,000-SF project required upgrades or migration of infrastructure systems to support Bank of America’s lines of business. Within these spaces, existing equipment was removed prior to select interior partition demolition and interior renovation, construction of standard glass-front office spaces, build-out of small office suites, and installation of new work stations and conference / meeting room furniture in addition to finish refresh details specific to all floors.
